In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on tisu4, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your Account remains active:

• You must be a natural person (individuals only — corporate registrations are not permitted).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. tisu4 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21 and takes all reasonable steps to enforce this restriction, including document-based age verification during KYC procedures.
• You must be the beneficial owner of the payment instrument (bank account, e-wallet, or card) used to deposit funds into your tisu4 Account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, cooling-off, or account closure agreement, either with tisu4 or with any other gaming platform with which tisu4 maintains mutual exclusion agreements.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of tisu4, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must represent and warrant that using the Services does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your place of residence before using tisu4.

Each Member may hold one (1) Account on tisu4. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to keep this information current and to notify tisu4 promptly of any changes via the account settings or by contacting customer support.

tisu4 reserves the right to carry out KYC identity verification at any point — including at the time of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal request, at deposit milestones defined by tisu4's compliance team, or at any time tisu4 considers it necessary for security or regulatory compliance purposes. KYC verification may require you to submit government-issued photo identification (such as a KTP or passport), proof of residential address, and/or proof of ownership of the payment instrument used for deposits.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. tisu4 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify tisu4 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] so that your Account can be secured without delay.

tisu4 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

All financial transactions on tisu4 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). tisu4 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the Member and any associated costs are borne by the Member.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels currently include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. tisu4 reserves the right to add, suspend, or remove payment channels at any time without prior notice.

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to all deposits and withdrawals. Current limits are displayed within the Member's account dashboard at the time of initiating a transaction. These limits may vary by payment channel and by the Member's VIP tier.

Deposits made via verified Indonesian bank transfer or supported e-wallet are credited to the Member's Account balance promptly upon receipt and confirmation. tisu4 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or payments from third-party accounts in another person's name.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The Member's KYC verification must be complete and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment channel in the Member's own name that matches the name on the tisu4 Account.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 60 minutes during Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7) business hours. Black Diamond VIP tier members receive near-instant withdrawal processing at all times.
• tisu4 reserves the right to apply additional security checks to withdrawal requests exceeding defined thresholds, which may extend processing times. Members will be notified promptly if such checks apply.
• Withdrawals are not permitted to a payment instrument different from that used for the most recent deposit without prior written approval from tisu4's compliance team.

tisu4 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which tisu4 accepts no liability.

Any funds determined to have been deposited fraudulently, via stolen payment instruments, or in breach of these Terms will be voided and returned to the originating institution. Associated Accounts will be permanently closed.

tisu4 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these General Terms & Conditions and to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between these General Terms and a promotion's specific terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence with respect to that promotion.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within any stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them.

Eligible Games: Not all games on tisu4 contribute equally to wagering requirement completion. Contribution rates by game category are published within the relevant promotion terms. Wagers placed on excluded games do not count toward wagering requirements.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited in connection with bonus offers:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim any bonus more than once (bonus abuse).
• Placing offsetting bets across multiple Accounts or in collusion with other Members to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage or bonus farming).
• Using bonus funds exclusively on games excluded from wagering contribution.
• Any strategy that tisu4, in its reasonable judgment, considers to be exploitative of promotional mechanics.

tisu4 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void wagers placed using Bonus Funds, and withdraw any winnings derived from such wagers where bonus abuse is suspected or confirmed. In cases of repeated or systemic abuse, tisu4 may permanently close the implicated Account(s).

Bonuses are personal to the Member and may not be transferred, assigned, or otherwise dealt with as an asset. tisu4 may modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus program at its sole discretion with reasonable notice.

All games available on the tisu4 platform — including live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, game shows), slot gacor (high-payout slot) titles, sportsbook betting markets, and any other game type — are governed by the specific game rules published within each game's interface or help section. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, tisu4 will make reasonable efforts to restore the game session to its last confirmed state. Regarding sports betting specifically:

• All bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, which are published within the sportsbook section of the platform.
• tisu4 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error or where the odds were clearly incorrect (palpable error).
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per league, and in aggregate. These limits are displayed within the sportsbook interface.
• tisu4 reserves the right to limit or restrict the betting activity of any Member at its sole discretion, including Members who consistently achieve above-average returns.

All content available on the tisu4 platform — including but not limited to the tisu4 brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, website design, software, graphics, text, images, audio, video, and game content — is the property of tisu4 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the tisu4 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any platform content without tisu4's prior written consent.

Game content (including graphics, music, and software) is provided to tisu4 under license from third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. All rights in that content remain with the respective studio or licensor.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tisu4, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the tisu4 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity.
• Losses resulting from platform downtime, maintenance, technical failures, or interruptions to internet connectivity beyond tisu4's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information or content published on the platform.
• Losses arising from changes to payment channel availability or processing times outside tisu4's control.

tisu4's total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall in no event exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your tisu4 Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by tisu4's proven negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by tisu4, to the extent that such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.

tisu4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including where:

• A breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• tisu4 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement agency.
• A Member's account activity raises anti-money-laundering (AML) or fraud concerns that require investigation.
• A Member's account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months.
• tisu4 ceases to operate or withdraws from a particular market.

Members may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting tisu4 customer support via live chat or email. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of Bonus Funds and any pending wagering holds) will be returned to the Member's verified payment instrument within 5 to 10 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Accounts closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms are not entitled to the return of balances derived from the breach. Legitimate real-money deposits not implicated in the breach will be returned at tisu4's discretion.

tisu4 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on tisu4, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to tisu4's operating jurisdiction. tisu4 is an internationally licensed and regulated platform. All financial transactions are processed through verified Indonesian banking channels in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through tisu4's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents tisu4 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent ongoing harm to the platform or its Members.
